About MailroomIQ

MailroomIQ is a software platform operated by DrugDoc Investments, Inc.

MailroomIQ helps mailbox, mailroom, and package-center businesses manage package intake, virtual mail workflows, customer notifications, invoice reminders, and related customer-service communications.

MailroomIQ complements store systems and does not replace PostalMate/CashMate. Store systems, store records, physical mail handling, PMB status, pickup, forwarding, and store policies remain under store control.

Transactional Communications

SMS notifications are transactional and customer-service oriented. They may relate to mailbox activity, packages, virtual mail, invoices, account status, support requests, and related store communications.
