MailroomIQ Terms of Service
MailroomIQ is operated by DrugDoc Investments, Inc.
MailroomIQ provides customer notification, virtual mail, mailroom workflow, package, invoice reminder, account, and support tools for mailbox, mailroom, and package-center businesses.
MailroomIQ Virtual Mail access is tied to a physical PMB and store relationship where applicable. Store policies, mailbox agreements, shipping and postage requirements, identification rules, and mail-handling laws still apply.
MailroomIQ complements store systems and does not replace PostalMate, CashMate, store records, or store operating policies. MailroomIQ is not presented here as a certified partner, approved integration, carrier-certified service, or replacement for existing store systems.
SMS Terms Summary
MailroomIQ SMS messages are transactional and customer-service oriented. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. SMS consent is not sold, rented, transferred, or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Customer and Store Responsibilities
Participating stores remain responsible for physical mail handling, pickup, forwarding, PMB status, customer identity review, payment handling, and store-specific policies. Customers are responsible for keeping account contact information current and using MailroomIQ only for their authorized mailbox or account relationship.
