Account Closure
Close my MailroomIQ account
Customers can request account closure review by contacting support@mailroomiq.com.
Closure disables online MailroomIQ access and starts an account closure review. Your mailbox store may need to review active PMB, Virtual Mail, mail-handling, forwarding, billing, or support status before closure is complete.
Some operational, transaction, audit, mail-handling, tax, legal, or security records may be retained where required. This process does not promise instant deletion of every record.
What to include
Include your MailroomIQ email, store name, PMB number, contact phone or email, and a short reason if you want to provide one. Do not include passwords, invite links, reset links, private mail images, or sensitive identity documents.
